Saturday, November 18
Waiver and Release of Liability
All volunteers are required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability. You can speed up the process of checking in by printing the Waiver and bringing it with you the day you volunteer.
Grocery Carry Out
Assist clients by carrying their bags of food to their vehicle. Volunteers for this job should dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared for lots of walking.
Assist event organizers with things like crowd control, volunteer and client check-in, volunteer food service, and filling in for other volunteers on restroom and lunch breaks.

Toy Store Carry Out
Assist shoppers by carrying their bags of toys to their vehicle. Volunteers for this job should dress appropriately for the weather and for lots of walking.
Toy Store Shopper Helper
Help shoppers make sure they get all the toys they are eligible for and assist them in choosing items. Volunteers for this job will be inside and will be on their feet for their whole shift. Minimum Age = 14
Toy Store Table Worker
Set out toys as needed at and assist shoppers in selecting toys for the family. Table workers may be assigned to a table with toys for a particular age group or may be assigned to tables distributing wrapping paper, games, etc. Min. Age = 14
Food Carry Out
Lead clients to tables to receive non-perishable and refrigerated groceries and then carry bags to the client’s vehicle for them. Dress for the weather. Volunteers should be able to stand while waiting to assist clients, be able to walk for extended periods, and be able to carry groceries.
May include kitchen help, crowd control, volunteer check-in, or others. We will give you a job when you get here! This is a good position for those unable to work a full shift. Volunteers are able to sit through most or all of the shift if they need to.
*Great for youth groups, scouts, and high school & college organizations.
Pack and load Holiday Center items to be transported back to Crosslines, and complete various tasks to leave the facility clean and in order.
